This is a fantastic hotel with excellent staff and an impressive restaurant serving delicious meals.

My room was brand-new, had air conditioning, and featured 3 large windows and a balcony; the food options were amazing.

The room was newly renovated & modern with a balcony. The check in was early and the atmosphere was elegant throughout the hotel. There was really helpful staff and the service was excellent.

Updated rooms with a cozy bed and a safe, also a microwave for a quick snack 😊. the breakfast served here is decent.

The room we had was spacious (for Paris norms) and comfortable, with one extra bed as requested. The location is great, in a very calm street and only 5 minutes walking from the Place de la Concorde. Personnel was very friendly. This is certainly a hotel we will come back to!

The hotel's location is very central and convenient, close to all metro lines. It is situated by the Seine River, making it a lovely spot. - the hotel is easily accessible by Bateaubus and by walking from various stops in the area.

Staff was excellent, including confirmation that they would not charge according to cancellation policy if we didn't manage to arrive due to volcano cloud. They provide us with maps and other usefull informations, always ready to answer our questons or demands. Location is another big pro for this hotel - Madleine is good starting point to any destination in Paris (and surrounding area). Having 3 stars, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Only one thing they should do to reach the excelance: change blankets! They have to be softer and certainly not shaby.

The hotel has a very good location. I did not need to use metro or buses to reach shops, restorants or museums. The staff is very proffesional and really kindly. Everything was very nice.

This place was perfect for what we needed, recommend. Our room was recently refurbished and air conditioned, appreciated the incredibly beautiful view. - Perfect location in a really interesting area, and it was a bonus to be within walking distance from a tube station.
